Rita Victor, has been an active broker extensively involved in real estate development including single and multi-family projects as well as a variety of retail and commercial ventures for over 35 years. Rita is consistently involved in community related organizations creating an active social and professional network. From acting as the President of the Capital Area Association of Realtors to being recognized as a “Woman of Influence in Springfield” Rita has a solid presence in local, state and federal organizations which allows her the opportunity to infuse the importance of local real estate investing.
Michael Davis, has worked on The Rita Victor Team since 1998, and was born and raised in Springfield. He combines his thorough knowledge of the local area with the utmost of professionalism within the real estate industry. Michael has an extensive background in financial and banking services and has an established network of personal and professional ties throughout the area. Michael is also involved in fundraising efforts within the medical community.
Lori Hammel, has lived in Springfield since 1993, and has worked on The Rita Victor Team since 2002. Prior to moving to Springfield, Lori was a Realtor in the Chicago area, and was involved in renovating and managing multi-unit apartment buildings on Chicago’s northwest side. She also worked in Treasury & Banking Relations for a large real estate limited partnership firm. Lori is active in many area volunteer efforts, including being a Rotary Club member and serving on her local club’s Board of Directors.
Ron Peterman, is a lifelong Springfield area resident and joined The Rita Victor Team in 2008, after 30 years as a Hospital Administrator at Memorial Health Systems. Ron brings an extensive financial background to his work in real estate and a solid network of contacts in the Springfield medical and legal community. Ron is also active in the Chamber of Commerce. Ron’s corporate background helps him to consistently achieve a high level of professionalism, always providing top notch service to his clients.
Cherri Williams, has lived in Springfield for most of her life, and was born in Janesville, Wisconsin. Cherri has been in residential real estate sales since 2003, and she is the newest member of The Rita Victor Team, having joined the team in 2010. Prior to her career in real estate, Cherri worked for the State of Illinois, Illinois Dept. of Revenue for 32 years in the Audit and the Collection Bureaus; Cherri was the Bureau’s Personnel Liaison to the Human Services Bureau. Cherri is involved as a volunteer in many community organizations as well.
